Ximenez Group is the parent company that encompasses a group of companies specialized in decorative and artistic lighting. Within its structure, you will find its main subsidiaries: Ximenez Iluminación and Ilmex, as well as its various branches spread across the Iberian Peninsula, and the Ximenez Foundation. Thanks to all of them, Ximenez Group is the only national company capable of overseeing a lighting project from start to finish, with its own means and resources.
Thanks to the territorial expansion of Ximenez Group throughout its history, the brand has managed to establish itself in various points, having its own branches in Catalonia, Alicante, and Malaga, as well as in Portugal. This allows them to provide more professional and specialized attention from any location.
Ximenez iluminación and its begginings
Ximenez Iluminación was born in the 1940s under the guidance of Francisco Jiménez Carmona. Its origin was a simple wooden star manufactured and placed in the showcase of Mr. Francisco’s appliance store in the town center. This marked the beginning of what is now Ximenez Group, the leading company in the decorative and artistic lighting sector.
Within the Ximenez Group umbrella, Ximenez Iluminación is responsible for the installation and assembly of Christmas lights, as well as for fairs and popular festivals, in the majority of capital cities and large cities in our country.

Ilmex, the international leap
Ilmex by Ximenez Group is the international distribution brand through which the Ximenez name has reached all five continents. With over two decades of history, Ilmex boasts the main motif factory within the group, where the largest lighting projects installed by the company come to life.
Ilmex was introduced by the third generation of the Ximenez family, which continues to prioritize innovation, transformation, and sustainability as the main pillars of the group to remain national leaders and become the benchmark company for decorative lighting worldwide.

Ximenez Fundation , embracing sustainbility
Ximenez Group’s commitment to sustainability led to the creation of the Ximenez Foundation in 2019. The main objective of the foundation is to actively engage in the fight against climate change and promote new, more efficient, and environmentally friendly models of energy consumption. Additionally, Ximenez Group channels a significant effort through its Foundation to support local, regional, and national entities, aiming to enhance its Corporate Social Responsibility through collaboration, donations, and sponsorships.
